Whether you are currently expecting, or know someone who is, empower your birthing experience by outlining clear desires and expectations for you and your baby.

FIll out the birth plan with your information and preferences. Print three copies of the birth plan.
Provide your OB/GYN, Doula and/or Midwife with a copy at your next appointment. Discuss your plan in detail and assess if that professional and institution will honor your desires.
Give a copy to your partner or family member who will be in the room with you during labor/delivery and clearly express your non-negotiables and how they can advocate for you in case you are unable to do so for yourself.
Place a copy in your hospital bag to give to the nurses assigned to you during labor/delivery.
